DELIVERY

Print orders will sent wrapped in tissue in a flat boarded envelope to protect the artwork or rolled up in a cardboard postal tube.  Framed orders will be wrapped in tissue and corrugated card and sent in a padded envelope or box.

 

Please allow the following times for despatch:

• 1-2 working days for prints

• 2-3 working days for personalised prints

• 7-10 working days for commissions and portraits.

 

UK orders are sent Royal Mail costing from £1 or using courier service for larger or mulitple framed orders.

With regret, I am currently not offering sales to anyone outside of the UK.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible to explain your concerns.

 

A full refund will be given, minus shipping costs, once the order has been returned. Personalised or commissioned items are non-refundable, unless damaged during delivery or supplied with errors caused by Nix Rowan negligence.

 

Please return any unwanted item in original condition within 20 days of delivery.
