  • Tell me about subscribing to emails?
    By adding your email address, you subscribe to my newsletter which will be sent at various points throughout the year, sharing new products I'm launching, fairs I'm taking part in and various discounts that might be of interest. At any time you can unsubscribe and your email address will be removed from my contacts list. I'll be sad to see you go, but completely understand how too many newsletters can get overwhelming! You'll be able to sign back up again any time you fancy.
  • Tell me more about the prints?
    All the original paintings are scanned at high resolution, then relevant layouts are created using Photoshop. They are then printed using high quality archival art papers and pigment based archival inks to recreate all the beautiful details of the original. Finally all prints are signed by the artist and carefully packaged for delivery.
  • Submitting my photograph for a portrait.
    Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours to organise submitting your photograph. Please get in touch if you haven't been contacted by then. Key requirements for your photograph: the higher quality/resolution the better. show the key features that are important – the eyes, the floppy ears, the markings etc. be as close up as possible – too far in the distance and details will be missed.
  • I'd love to commission an artwork.
    We’d love to create something different and unique for you! Whether it’s an original artwork or portrait or a bespoke personalised print, get in touch to discuss what you’re looking for.
  • How will my order be packaged and how much will it cost?
    Stationary items, A5 and A4 unframed prints will be packaged with tissue and card backing inside a firm card backed envelope. A3 unframed prints will be rolled in tissue paper and posted in a tube. All framed prints will be wrapped in tissue and corrugated card inside a padded envelope. There are 2 postage options: Royal Mail 2nd Class - orders up to £20 will be charged £1, orders over £20 will be charged £2. Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class - orders up to £20 will be charged £2.50, orders over £20 will be charged £4.50. Any bulkier orders will be sent via courier delivery costing from £4.65.
  • How can I pay?
    Currently you can pay with Paypal on our secure checkout. All payments are processed in GBP. IF YOU HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT When you 'Check out with Paypal' it will take you onto the Paypal site and prompt you to log on and continue with payment. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT You can still do one off card payments via the Paypal site. As with above 'Check out with Paypal', then click through on the 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card'. You will then be prompted to complete your card details and address details. You have the option to create an account or proceeding without one. All transactions are securely processed in line with Paypal’s Privacy Policy which you can read here -
  • Where's my order?
    We aim to send all orders as soon as possible. UK orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 days from email confirmation of despatch and 7 to 14 days for international orders. If you need your order urgently please get in touch to discuss options. PLEASE NOTE In the run up to Christmas, lead time for orders may be longer than the above time due to increased demand - you will be informed if this is the case for your order.
